Hi. I have used this site for a while (a few years) just to vent frustrations and release ideas and dreams. I haven't really used it to communicate with others but thought maybe it might be fun to do so. I see that you have your masters in Psychology. I have a BS in Psych and am working toward an MS in Community Counseling. I currently work in a community mental health center but my goal is to do private counseling as I find the community mental health centers a bit overwhelming in their demands. My passion is Heart-Centered hypnotherapy and I am certified in this. I am also very interested in anything having to do with consciousness, the mind, or the brain. Very interesting and uncharted territory!

You don't sound horrible at all! I'm also the same way about meeting people more because I overanalyze what people are thinking about me (thus when it comes to intro posts on add me communities, there are lots of rewrites!). I do like and respect all kinds of people and a lot of my friends struggle with body or mental issues as well as my own.

I'm glad to know I come across as sunny in my post! I'm never quite sure how much I want to reveal in fear of scaring people away. I try to be sunny...but if you choose to stay around, I'm not always sunny and struggle with OCD and deal with work drama and boyfriend drama. Such is life :)

Hello there! I just added you from my post in letsgokomets's friending meme, and I felt like adding a comment here just because :)

So what are your favorite hockey teams? I like several of them myself, if you can gather from my post/my about me post in my LJ. I don't dislike people because they're fans of a certain team - I mean, I'm first and foremost a Blackhawks fan and I have friends that are fans of all their rivals, and they're awesome people. I don't discriminate. <3

My husband and I set aside time to watch Big Bang Theory every week, sometimes every day - thank goodness for On Demand. In fact, we can't wait for the new episode tonight!

First and foremost I'm a Caps fan! I do also love the Flyers (my boyfriend is a diehard Flyers fan to the point where most of his wardrobe consists of Flyers shirts). I have a soft spot for the small teams like Panthers, Coyotes, Predators.

My boyfriend and I just got into Big Bang Theory this summer and spent the whole summer watching the show on DVD...we're almost caught up with like 5 or 6 episodes left to season 5! Amazing show!

Oh, Caps. You have Brouwer Power. <3 Flyers are always fun to play against. PANTHERS! <33333 Kopecky is my ~favorite but I also love the other ex-Hawks, Scottie and Guddy. I have a soft spot for the Preds too, because Shea Weber and his awesome playoff beard.

We aren't even close to catching up - seems like we watch the episodes out of order, like episodes from 2009 then 2007, then eventually TBS will play the newer ones from the last season. One of these days we need to buy the DVDs and watch them in order. There are so many episodes I like, two of them that come to mind is the one where Sheldon gets ALL THE CATS and the one where Howard builds that mechanical arm and gets it stuck on himself. xD

Definitely buy the DVDs when they go on sale - we got each season for like $15 each - good deal. I love the cat episode! I also love the episode where Penny falls and Sheldon has to take her to the hospital!
